Dili, August 29, 2025. ADN Executive Director, Eng. Januario M. Guterres, accompanied by the Coordinator of the Skills Studies and Development Unit (UEDC), Demistocles Graciliano Ximenes F. Cabral, and ADN National Technical Advisor, Valentina Violet Correia Bianco, met with Dato' Amarjit Sarjit Singh, the Malaysian Ambassador to Timor-Leste. The meeting took place in the meeting room of the Malaysian Embassy at the Palm Business & Trade Centre, Rua de Fatumeta, Bairro Pite, Dom Aleixo Administrative Post, Dili, Timor-Leste.

During the meeting, the ADN Executive Director, his team, and the Ambassador discussed several key issues related to the National Development Agency (ADN)'s proposal to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Ministry of Investment and Strategic Planning (MPIE) and the Malaysian Ministry of Infrastructure.
